For any order from $79 to $1000 (before taxes) get free standard delivery. It is not possible to combine several orders in order to obtain free delivery.

Delivery costs include the costs of preparation and packaging and delivery to the delivery address provided at the time of the order. These costs are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and delivery costs. At this time, Lyoterra Foods does not offer delivery outside of Canada. It is however possible for you to order on our website if you are outside of Canada (note that you will however have to indicate a Canadian delivery AND billing address).

Each customer is responsible for correctly indicating the shipping address when placing an order on our online store. Lyoterra Foods cannot be held responsible for errors entered by the customer in his order
When an address is incorrect and it is impossible to deliver the package, it is returned to us in the warehouse (note that this process can take up to 30 working days).
Once the package has been received in the warehouse, our team will refund the order minus the delivery costs.

If the door number, street name and city are correct, your package may still be delivered to the correct address. Our shipping partners are able to make the modification directly at their facilities.
