DID YOU MAKE A MISTAKE IN THE POSTAL CODE OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
When it is a postal code error and the door number, street and city are correct, Canada Post will correct the postal code on your package. However, this may delay the delivery process.

In the event that Canada Post is unable to correct the postal code, the package will be redirected to us. This can take up to 30 business days. Once the package is received in our warehouse, we proceed to the return or refund of the order.

YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER BUT SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING?
If you received a note in your package indicating that some items are missing, don’t worry! Our team will process refunds. It can take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card.
If you did not receive a note in your package, please write to us and provide us with a photo of the items you received and the delivery slip.

HOW SHOULD I STORE THEM?
For optimal conservation of the product, keep the product in a cool (around 21C or 69F ) and dry place, well closed.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE?
Because we are located in the same facilities as Les Collations JUSTBITE and due to the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot certify that our products have not come into contact with certain products such as wheat and oats, even if the preparation of our products, They are not in the same area, the tools we use are not the same and neither oats or wheat are among the ingredients of our products, then there may be small particles in the environment. It is important to note that cross-contamination is always possible. In doing so, our product offer is not suitable for people with severe allergies.

WHY ARE THE BITES OF DIFFERENT SIZES AND SOME BITES SMALLER THAN OTHERS?
All our bites are hand-made, cut by hand and packaged with love and care. This artisanal, simple manufacturing method is also why our bites can vary in thicknesses too.

WHAT IS THE LIFETIME OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
The expiry date is written on the bag. Once opened, we recommend resealing the bag tightly and consuming it as soon as possible.
A good idea is to repackage the product in a vacuum sealed jar and put the bag in the recycling bin.

I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS EXPENSIVE, WHY?
The process: The freeze-dried products are relatively unknown, which is why the price may seem surprising. Far from being a classic dehydrated product, each bag contains approximately 12% of its initial weight. We use a dehydration technique, physically known as sublimation, which allows maximum preservation of ingredients and organoleptic characteristics such as color, size, taste, smell, fiber and nutrients of fresh foods from about 98%. No preservatives, artificial additives, colorings or sugars are added in the process.

Packaging, added value: Most of our packaging is 100% recyclable. It is our duty to concern ourselves with the climate impact of the packaging of our products, this is part of the 17 objectives of the United Nations for sustainable development. Therefore, having a bag that meets product preservation requirements (high oxygen and moisture barrier) and is also 100% recyclable, inevitably affects its cost.
